This session will review the year-long observation/evaluation process for teachers and instructional support roles. We will review the cycle and PDP types, discuss how to give meaningful feedback to encourage teacher growth, as well as how to decide on ratings for end-of-year summatives. We will also address some of the myths that surround the evaluation process. Target Audience: Principals, Assistant Principals, and others who observe and evaluate teachers, and instructional support roles
